The whole Oasis complex is built to a very high standard and development by a building firm with excellent reputation. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with just about everything you need.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is situated in the heart of the complex but not too close to the outdoor swimming pool so it still benefits from the quieter part of the development.

There is a large balcony with sliding doors and electronic shutters looking straight at the swimming pool and the waterfall feature. Balcony furniture in the form of Table and 6 Chairs are provided but must not be taken out of the apartment.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a Washing Machine, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and all other necessities that you expect. Dining area has an extendable Dining Table with 6 Chairs.

The lounge consists of 2 Sofa Beds (can sleep 2 people), Coffee Table, TV, Satellite Receiver, DVD Player and CD Player.

Master bedroom is en suite with a Shower Cubicle, has a Double Bed, a Double Wardrobe and it's own Small Balcony.

Smaller bedroom has 2 Single Beds and a Single Wardrobe.

The Family Bathroom includes a Jacuzzi, separate Shower Cubicle and Vanity Unit.

The apartment is also equipped with:

• 2 Air-Conditioning Units (Living Room and Master Bedroom).
• Energy Savers and Smoke Detectors.
• Dimmable Spotlights in whole apartment.

There is also a large Storage Unit as you enter the apartment where you can hang jackets, place shoes etc.

We are non smokers and have a No Smoking policy in the apartment. We respectfully ask all smokers not to smoke inside the apartment so we can offer everyone a pleasant environment.

Guests must bring their own tennis racquets and they must ensure correct shoes are worn on the court.

Guests should ensure that correct shoes are worn in the fitness center.
